Founded in 2011, Alamak is an Equity , Debt and M&A advisory firm. It helps early and growth stage firms in raising Venture Capital and/or make strategic acquisitions/divestments. It also offers independent consultancy services for acquisition strategy, merger integration, financial and legal due diligence.

Alamak was established with an identified need of an investment bank that not only helps small/mid size companies in raising funds but also mentor them in achieving desired growth. Alamak team has requisite operating experience in diverse sectors, to enable it to offer high quality deal & business advisory.

Alamak is sector agnostic but has a bias towards IT, Telecom, Hospitality, F&B and Education.
