Rajesh Mittal	Rajesh has proven expertise in development & promotion of innovative concepts within India and M&A Advisory, spanning across diverse industries. With an experience of 25+ years, Rajesh has handled leadership roles with reputed companies including Essar, United Colors of Benetton, Hutchison, Oxigen & India Hospitality Corp(IHC). As the CFO of IHC, Rajesh handled the exit strategy formultion & implementation for sale of Sky Gourmet to Gate Group Zurich. He successfully spearheaded 100% acquisition of Adelie, one of the largest food companies of UK, by IHC. Rajesh is a fellow member of ICAI and ICSI.

S. K. Gupta	Mr. Gupta carries an experience of 30+ years in senior positions in SBI. During his tenure he was closely associated with International Chamber of Commerce, Paris and Society for Worldwide Inter Bank Financial Transfer (SWIFT). As part of a corporate banking portfolio, he has handled diversified industries as a lender. He has been associated with FEDAI and RBI for drafting operational guidelines for all Banks and other authorised dealers under Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999, to undertake day to day Foreign Exchange Transactions(effective from 1st July, 2000). Mr Gupta is currently the CEO of Maa Saraswati Educational Trust, which has 9 colleges of Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions in Himachal Pradesh. Mr. Gupta is accredited with MCom, LLB, CAIIB, EDP (IIM-L).
